Non-returnable items
For hygiene, custom, made-to-order, or personalised items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive faulty or damaged.
How to request a return
Email Enquiries.poshpjc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will reply with the next steps and return instructions.
Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, any eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method.
